Retreats

The majority of the Fellows' time is focused on their year-long projects. In addition, the UC Discovery Fellows attend a one-week seminar and quarterly two-day retreats. These are designed as team-building and professional development events. Mentors attend selected parts of the seminar and retreats.

Following are examples of speakers from the 2007-08 seminar and retreats. The schedule is designed to be highly interactive.
